I placed an order by phone for an arrangement for someone dear to me. I did not catch the name of the lady that answered all my questions and took my order, but she was awesome. I was kinda worried not making this order in person to see but I trusted the florist and was not disappointed. Thank you to the florist and support staff for making this experience wonderful.

The arrangements were impressive, beautiful, breathtaking! The staff was awesome; very compassionate and helpful. I am a very difficult to please client but that staff graciously put up with my eccentricities!! Best florist EVER!!

This isn't on my usual path but when I'm there I love to visit! Friendly employees and very helpful for me who is floral challenged! I've bought fresh flowers and had a special bow made for my wreath on my colors. They have great gifts as well. Unique and special.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB! Ordered a dozen roses for Mother's Day and they went above any beyond. My mom said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received!

I want to say what an awesome employee you had that assisted me on April 30th. My daughter was asked to Prom at the last minute and we were scrambling to get a corsage and boutonniere and when I came upon your store, you were already closed. I tried the door just to double check and it was locked, but a wonderful lady opened up the shop for me to order. I tried to get everything ordered quickly so she could continue closing up and she was very adamant that we take our time and make the right choices. She saved us that day and I will be eternally grateful that she opened that door for me that afternoon. She could have easily said no (which another shop did that day), but she was wonderful and helped this mom out and gave us a wonderful experience. Thank you again, so much!!

Dee Dee and her crew, at Flowers, Etc, did an outstanding job on the flower arrangements for my mother's Home Going Celebration (funeral service) at The Worship Center, last night. The bouquets were breathtaking, lots of compliments. The personalized customer service was also outstanding. Our wishes and desires were accommodated and gently guided where needed. And the prices are quite fair. I highly recommend using Flowers, Etc for your floral needs, as we have for Mother's Day, Birthdays, the Holidays, and now recently for the most precious day of all. Thank you Dee Dee (owner and operator)! You are the best!

I am in Pennsylvania and needed to order a sympathy arrangement . I looked up florists in Dixon. Unfortunately the first one I ordered from online canceled my order. I called Flowers Etc and they were awesome. Told them what I was looking for and they delivered the most beautiful arrangement. Thank you! If I lived in Dixon, you would be my florist of choice

RARELY do I hop on to write a review, but I was SO happy when I saw what Flowers, Etc. delivered to my friend for her new business opening in Dixon, IL. I couldn't be at the opening, so I wanted to send something special for her new space... I selected the "Designer's Selection" and let them be the artist - and WOW - I was so impressed with this arrangement. The additional candle was a no brainer, and didn't expect it to be that nice, either. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for making this absolutely perfect!
